Large company based in Tampa Bay is seeking a Oracle DBA Lead for a full time role. This Oracle DBA will work on the architecture, design, implementation and daily operational management of all Oracle databases. .
This Oracle DBA Lead will be responsible for administer, maintain and support 24x7 production environment along with multiple QA and development infrastructure database related OLTP / internet services. As well as administer, maintain, and implements policies and procedures to ensure the availability, security and integrity of all company databases. Must have the ability to analyze and resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues, and replications. The ability to work with system administrators, application developers and project managers is vital to this position.
Qualifications:
8
years experience in Oracle 10g / 11g
Must have Architecture and design experience
Sharp troubleshooting and strong problem solving skills
Strong experience in tuning / AWR / ADDM and monitoring tools like OEM
Other Key Responsibilities.
Keep abreast of new design tools, hardware, software, and technology and make recommendations for future deployment
Regular communication to the management concerning a projects status, potential risks, concerns, problems and needs
