Tampa, FL - Lumen Legal is working with a Fortune 500 Insurance Service client whose legal department has an immediate need for an experienced attorney with 3-4
yrs of insurance defense litigation experience. Duties include, opening cases files, organizing files ,conducting depositions, summarizing analysis, and typing up summaries. Additional duties will include file preparation and drafting communications and correspondence. The work will be on-site, 35-40 hours and the project is expected to be a long-term project of 3-4 months or longer.
Ideal candidates will have at 3-4
years of Florida insurance defense litigation support experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and advanced Microsoft Office and Oracle software skills.
