Work with Global Functions and manage data acquisition programs end to end
Manage the process to define the data input, processing/enrichment and output requirements associated with any system and data interfaces needed to satisfy the business requirements. Analyze the actual data, identify/communicate data quality issues and work with other teams as needed to resolve them. Ensure requirements confirm to Client data naming standards.
Ensure requirements are documented according to Client standards, achieve consensus and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders and follow Client standards.
Manage changes to the existing requirements via a Change Control process
Identify, communicate and resolve issues and risks as they arise anywhere in the end to end process
Partner with Global Functions and Sectors to deliver published IMR deployment and maturity plans
Partner with Global Functions and Sectors to implement Data Quality Measurement across the Primary Data flows and CDEs
Coordinate with various PMO teams
Engages with a diverse set of Business groups and Technology groups (onshore and offshore) to deliver appropriate solutions
Job Skills:
Must be a self starter and work productively with minimal direction
Experience leading, developing, and performing a variety of quantitative analyses
Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills (analyses, projects, and people), with particular aptitude for leading in a fast-paced, highly intellectually and politically complex environment

years experience with Technology Management and Data Analysis, Risk experience is a plus
Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills, with a demonstrated track record of developing and performing a variety of quantitative analyses
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in making business decisions, especially when leading teams where tradeoffs must be made and buy-in from key stakeholders must be achieved
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interface, influence and build alignment with individuals and multi-disciplinary teams across all levels of management
Strong project management skills
Must learn quickly and produce under pressure and tight deadlines
Must have extremely strong interpersonal skills collaboration across multiple business and technology functions, relationship building and consensus building are a must
Must have extremely strong listening, requirements elicitation, analysis and problem solving skills
Must have extremely strong documentation and oral communications skills
Must have strong MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Project knowledgeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
