You must be organized, dedicated to producing quality results, meticulous with details, a positive person, a good communicator -- both written and verbal, have excellent computer skills, a quick mind and willing to work hard and smart. You'll work in a fast paced office in New Tampa / Wesley Chapel area. This is NOT an entry level position. Working knowledge of real estate is strongly preferred.

Duties:
Provide exemplary service to the team members, clients and everyone involved in the business
Prepare pre-listing packages
Prepare listing paperwork
Enter new listings in MLS - Add attachments
Email showing instructions to team member
Upload listings to E-Edge within 72 hours
Coordinate contracts - Agents will present offers
Send executed listing agreement/sale contract by email to seller
Monitor all contingency deadlines in contracts; communicate with all parties -sellers, agents, etc.
Coordinate the closing with title, buyers agent and sellers (home inspections, termite inspections, appraisals and loan deadlines)
Review HUD (Agents to go over HUD with Sellers)
Coordinate closing time with sellers and title company
After closing, update MLS
Listings - Create/update web marketing; schedule showings with Sellers; gather showing feedback, research comparable sales status and give to Agents for weekly update calls to Sellers
Short Sales - fax authorization to release information to lenders; coordinate with lender and seller
Position is full-time; salaried with bonus potential; paid holidays and paid vacation.
Hours: 8:30-5:30 Monday - Friday, with occasional evening, weekend or event.
