Duties: Will be responsible for the success of central technology efforts in federated business model. The Contracts team is responsible for negotiating and managing the firms' enterprise wide IT contracts used on a global and or cross territorial basis to support the firm in developing optimal, best in class contract terms and savings while mitigating risk and liability to the partnership. Creating, modifying, and reviewing documents with regard to business, legal, financial, and operational aspects; such as agreements, letters of intent, statements of work, RFPs, RFIs, licenses and leases; identifying and maximizing privileges, entitlements, advantages, authorizations, permissions and warranties; minimizing risk issues including legal liabilities, firm obligations, technology, business, client exposure, regulatory, disaster, legal, etc.; providing project management, ranging from the tasks associated with the agreement to setting up and completing the entire deal, identifying and resolving issues, providing solution options and managing the process and people involved; writing, managing, and negotiating cross-territory agreements, acting as an advisor to users, and working closely and managing relationships with, the global licensing teams, it teams and other business status.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
