Description
Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.
- Provide back-up coverage for the daily triage process for new incidents during Western time-zone. Ensure tickets have the appropriate issue description/details and are properly categorized (i.e. Events vs. Issues, Priority level, assignment group etc.)
- Focus on Testing/Validation of any fixes applied (i.e. tactical/strategic) to architecture. Testing/evaluation deployment of fixes against business requirements/objectives
- Engage with Production Support on architectural changes
- Liaise with Project Management team to obtain target dates for deployment of fixes and track execution of remediation plans against target dates
- Provide sign-off on test results and attach support documentation to move items to closure
- Develop and leverage Product TR expertise to aide in investigation and resolution of associated incidents
- Specialize in handling of incidents related to 'Reconciliation' processing

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
