Reporting to the CIO, the Director of Business Intelligence and Data Management is responsible for the overall architecture, design, development, implementation, and support of business intelligence and data management technologies. The incumbent will lead complex projects and initiatives which advance clinical, research and business performance through the development of innovative reporting and analytics solutions. In collaboration with key administrative, clinical and research stakeholders, he/she will define and execute the enterprise business intelligence strategies necessary to support Moffitt's strategic plan, leveraging advanced analytics technologies to drive organizational initiatives. The Director of Business Intelligence and Data Management will provide leadership for the following functional areas:
- Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Data Warehouse
- Database Administration
- Interface & Integration
- M2GEN IT Staff Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related Preferred Degree:
Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related Required
Experience:
Eight to ten years of progressive experience in Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence or a related field
Minimum 3 years leadership experience as supervisor, team lead, manager, or above Strong working knowledge of enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques and technology. Preferred
Experience:
Prior healthcare experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
