Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nations premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Tampa Bay, Florida office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Estimating
Must have experience managing team of estimators for an electrical contractor
Experience with commercial electrical construction projects such multi-family, garden style, data centers, etc
Must be able to read blueprints, review bid documents and specifications for accuracy/discrepancies
Must be able to manage assigned projects from start to completion
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Accubid (preferred) or other estimating software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
Must possess ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Must have a strong business acumen
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be a non-smoker
EDUCATION:
College degree preferred but not mandatory

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
