HVAC Service/Maintenance/Sales Technician Job Duties:
Technician is dispatched to service repair calls, maintenance calls, or estimates.
Responsible for fixing immediate problem; asking about any other issues with the system; talking about indoor air quality; performing full maintenance on A/C units; building relationship with client; inspecting ductwork and using magnehelic; etc.
