JOB SUMMARY The P2P Supervisor resolves issues within agreed upon SLAs.
KPIs will be developed and presented to support SLA adherence.
The P2P Supervisor will work with the entire P2P team to develop metrics and KPIs.
In addition, the P2P Supervisor will lead the Check Disbursement team with a goal to optimize payment methods to the BBI Supplier Base.
