Space and Equipment Coordinator
Conservatory Space and Equipment Coordinator (Part-Time) Space scheduling and equipment oversight for all classes and summer camps. Create and update Conservatory space calendar, serve as liaison to resolve calendar conflicts. Responsible for creation and maintenance of the weekly Equipment Schedule and daily classroom walkthrough schedules. Maintains inventory of classroom supplies and equipment. Maintains and keeps inventory for all TECO Theater related equipment and supplies. Serve as liaison to Maintenance staff, submitting work orders, recommending improvements and ensuring resolution. Assist with interviewing and hiring classroom stewards. Schedule classroom stewards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma 2 years experience in a similar position Experience in aspects of technical theater (including but not limited to lighting, sound, scenic and stage management) Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Strong organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills Ability
