Customer Service Rep -CSR
Certified Restoration Dry Clean Network (CRDN) of Greater Tampa Bay
Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for pick up and delivery of orders to customers' homes due to fire, water, or mold damage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Drives assigned vehicle in order to pick up or deliver CRDN orders or jobs.
Assists in loading and unloading the vehicle.
Assists in collecting or delivering customers' orders from their homes.
Assists in preparing inventory lists of customers' orders.
Logs in inventory and prepares order for tagging and cleaning.
Delivers and picks-up orders to and from the dry cleaning plant and warehouse.
Organizes and stores completed orders in the warehouse according to storage specifications.
Responsible for maintaining company vehicles in a clean and usable condition.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Worked in a drycleaner (preferred) Minimum two years customer service experience (in the field) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Must be able to drive a commercial vehicle Be able to work in environments with dust, mold, bacteria and/or smoke.
Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills.
Have empathy and compassion.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to add, subtract and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Ability to use a hand held scanner.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to move, lift, load and reach inventory weighting up to 100 pounds.
