Business Analyst
Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities can include:
o Support the Global Network Management team in the Citi Cash Account Initiative o Obtain complete and accurate information on bank accounts, and ensure details are properly updated in ABACUS o Perform maintenance on accounts held with the agent banks o Maintain the central record of cash and security accounts that are open throughout the agent network o Maintain a database (Abacus) of all accounts known to be open at all agents throughout the network o Work with internal departments to gather account details and include in Abacus o Act as escalation point for operational issues o Ensure that all related bank legal documentation is signed, scanned and linked to Abacus o Maintain agent bank details on Abacus and ensure this is kept up to date o Maintain fee schedules Knowledge/

o Three to five years experience in the international financial services industry, preferably Network Management, Account Management, Finance, International Securities or Treasury Operations o Working on large scale complex projects o A good working knowledge of the following:
