Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of project planning including preparation of schedules and budgets and the delegation of tasks to team members Conducts regular design review and project status meetings Defines and manages work for subcontractors Participates and supports the manufacturing ramp up of new products Participates in the evaluation of new technologies REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong background in firmware development At least 7 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivery of products to market Minimum of 5 years of management/leadership experience in development of firmware embedded electronic products Ability to prepare written technical reports and document engineering activities Familiarity with development of power conversion products is an asset Proven team management skills Experience with the creation and maintenance of project budgets and schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with design for manufacturing processes and techniques Ability to work collaboratively with a team Ability to take initiative Willingness and ability to get involved in project tasks to maintain schedules Source:
