time position With any position at Builders Blinds, there is an expectation of lateral service which requires us all to be driven by customer service and not by the strict and literal interpretation of the job description.

Installation Technician is responsible for all aspects of day to day operations in the field.

Warehouse In addition to what is mentioned above, some key responsibilities for an Installation Technician include:
Employee Time Management Ensuring allreport to work at the required times Be aware of each workload Productivity levels on a daily basis(workload vs.
amount of time it takes to get it done) Working together with the office to create an efficient day Working on most efficient routes If a route has a very large amount of driving it is typically wise to have only one installer in this van Effective and efficient routing is based 100 on reduction of time behind the windshieldKnow the maximum capacity for a route Overseeing day to day installations Streamlining installation process Be aware of all problems that arise Address problems as they occur:
DO NOT let them grow unaddressed.
They will only get worse and this will reinforce the negative behavior.
Warranties and Repairs Vehicles Ensuring that the DailyVehicle Check is conducted each day before every van leaves the warehouse.
This includes, but is not limited to Ensuring each van is properly stocked with inventory Ensuring each van is properly stocked with components and tools Ensuring the vans are clean and organized Ensuring the Weekly Vehicle Check is conducted each week and documented on the S:
