Project Manager Recruit Onicx is seeking a Project Manager with the following experiences and responsibilities include but not limited to:
:
1.
Minimum 10 years of experience in diverse construction experience servicing both public and private commercial, medical with AHCA and educational markets.
2.
Perform, manage and coordinate activities such as estimating, evaluating, programming and project construction management for multiple construction projects of which you are assigned.
3.
Oversee and assist Superintendents in managing, overseeing and coordinating all subcontractor construction activities to meet Onicx's expectations of quality, schedule and budget.
4.
Develop and maintain construction schedules and manage subcontractor performance to ensure timely completion of project within the established deadline.
5.
Qualify subcontractors, write subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
Ensure subcontractors and vendors are billing accurately and timely, approve all billing and coordinate payment with Office Administrator.
6.
Manage all project documentation, both hard copy and electronic.
9.
Implement a Quality Assurance program for all projects.
10.
Review and maintain all plan sets, shop drawings and submittals for the project.
