Overview Responsible for answering telephones and greeting visitors to the Center, as well as scheduling, verifying benefits, authorizing visits, daily closeouts and collecting copays.

Qualifications Good communication and telephone skills.
Ability to use all necessary office equipment, faxes, copiers, etc.
Ability to interact well with other staff members, customers, field associates and businesses.
Ability to type 60 words per minute preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
