Overview:
The Black Belt manages the Deployment of the Continuous Improvement Program and supports sites across the assigned Region as follows:
Manage project teams to meet project savings goals.
Manage Certification Plan of the 10 Belt System at supported sites.
Define and implement effective process management systems, tools and methodologies.
Assess the organization effectiveness in deploying and utilizing these systems and tools.
Acting as a change agent :
Thrive in a matrix management environment to drive change and influence others within the organization to make sustainable and measurable improvements in processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead CI Black Belt Projects to deliver minimum of 250K yearly improvement on key business initiatives.
Manage Continuous Improvement Deployment Schedule.
Support Site Champions.
Manage cross:
functional teams and drive site projects to implement defined business goals and objectives.
Manage Portfolio of Projects and create new Portfolio of operational and strategic projects with a short and long term vision in order to be included in the AOP.
Manage Continuous Improvement Report for Business Unit Reviews on monthly basis.
Support Business Unit Leadership to leverage core processes and best practices across sites and throughout the organization Ensure the sites adhere to CI Program Ensure compliance with the use of Instantis for tracking and managing projects and manage the process on a timely basis to meet CIFRA requirements.
Facilitate successful Kaizen and 5S team events.
