Responsibilities:
Conducts financial analysis to improve practice metrics and benchmarking Maintains knowledge of industry trends, legislation and regulatory standards, related to practice operations.
Responsible for ensuring the consistent and appropriate interpretation, evaluation and application of policies and procedures as established by Newsom Eye.
Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing department.
Manages all aspects of public relations.
Supports the optimal operational workflow of Newsom Eye through cooperation, collaboration, and communication.
Maintain and develop organizational culture, values, and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.
