RPG Programmer

KEY
Responsibilities:
Own and develop key modules on insurance platform Collaborate with other engineers, testers, analysts, and project managers Participate, propose, and define functionality in brainstorming meetings Contribute in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including new features, enhancements, and maintenance Communication skills are key to successfully working in our small team environment.
The developer may be asked to develop functional and technical specifications for the software they're building.
Understanding of the integration between AS400 programs and other systems Experience building products servicing multiple customers simultaneously a plus KEY RESULT AREAS:

At least 8 years of experience with RPG IV & RPG LE Programming and CL Programming 3-5 years of experience with SDLC Experience with training others in software design Demonstrated customer satisfaction Experience leading the testing aspect of various projects Expert knowledge of RPG and CL languages Proficiency with the system development life cycle EDUCATION:
