Director Of Finance - The Bentley Channel Group (Tampa, FL)
Company Description Job Description The Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis is responsible for external GAAP/SEC Financial Reporting to meet all SEC reporting activities, including support of earning release, GAAP Technical accounting compliance, board/senior management financial reporting & analysis.
Essential Functions:
o Leads the timely completion of internal financial reporting packages, (e.
g.
, management package, etc.
).
o Leads SEC reporting and ensure that all reporting requirements are met on a timely/accurate basis.
o Leads the development of supplemental information, other support for quarterly earnings releases.
o Leads the development of Quarterly Audit Committee financial updates.
o Assists in preparation of significant accounting & reporting issues Audit Committee updates.
o Assists in the response to SEC comment letters/inquiries.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
Experience:
o Eight (8)
years of experience in accounting & financial reporting, including SEC reporting, required.
o Eight (8)
years of experience in Public accounting experience, required.
o Knowledge of healthcare statutory accounting and reporting.
o Experience from the Big 4, preferred.
o Healthcare industry experience, preferred.
