Company Description Job Description Project Coordinator Awnings, Signs, Blinds, Solar Shades & Manufactured Canvas Goods Duties & Responsibilities Projects:
Sufficient experience to interpret estimates, contracts, specifications, work orders & architectural drawings to project manage any project with respect to; Develop and monitor fabrication and Installation scheduling Work order or shop drawing distribution Coordinate engineering review Coordinate permit processing Schedule Kick off production meetings Create PO's for material purchasing and coordinate delivery scheduling Coordinate sub contracted activities:
graphics, aluminum installations, cranes & lifts etc.
Coordinate scheduling of paint finishing Project Management Coordinates project activity per the Weekly schedule & understands time management, allotted budgets and determining completion dates/times Thorough knowledge of awning, Showoff & canvas goods manufacturing Ability and willingness to assist the production and installation team to meet schedule deadlines when called upon Learn use of new equipment and process technology to improve quality and production proficiency Maintains a high standard of quality & insures inspection of finished product, confirms measurements, product finish quality and perform cleaning tasks prior to shipment or installation Ability to work with clients, staff & management communicating precisely & effectively.
Quality conscious of all correspondence with regard to spelling correctness & a high level of proper vocabulary.
Education and Training Requirements:
Minimum of completing High School Industry Specific- Must have at least 3 years experience as a tradesman in canvas marine, commercial upholstery, signage or awning manufacturing or in a capacity of project management in a related field.
Willing to attend seminars, trade shows and higher education courses to further career and future opportunities Competency Requirements:
Thorough fabrication knowledge of proper use of materials, competent with estimating math and understanding processes for product applications Proficient computer use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Project Click here to apply.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
