Summary:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for business development, selling technology services to new and existing clients Responsible for business development, must meet or exceed allocated targets and quota.
Perform outbound calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives to achieve objectives.
Sell our services to prospective clients and build on existing client relationships.
Proactively project resource requirement for timely acquisition of talent.
Travel up to 50% Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree Strong and creative prospecting skills to generate leads both through direct efforts and indirect marketing efforts.
Good understanding of effective sales strategies and sales processes Salesforce or other CRM experience.

years of professional business development experience, background in IT sales is preferred but not required Strong desire to take on constructive feedback/coaching and make definitive changes; self-awareness and the ability to adapt communication and interaction styles to best suit an audience, situation, or desired outcome.
Exceptional task management, organizational and problem solving abilities.
