Lawn and Maintenance Contractor - Property Preservation
Company Description Job Description Now hiring property preservation lawn and maintenance contractors.
We are a Property Preservation Company looking for experienced contractors to assist in maintaining vacant and foreclosed homes.
We are one of the largest property preservation companies in America.
You must be qualified and experienced in:
Grass cuts Winterizations De-Winterizations Initial Secure Orders Prepare to Convey Orders Lock Changes Trash-outs Home Repair Cleanups Tree Trimming Good communication and respect for due dates is a must.
Required work will include items such as:
Complete up to an acre of a grass cut, Edge the foundation and property, Trim weeds and/or spray with a post-emergent weed killer, Remove all lawn clippings, Blow leaves/clippings off paved areas and street, Complete shrub trimming (up-charge), Take 30 pictures per property and upload the pictures to Dropbox or PPW.
This is what we require from each contractor:
- Contractor must be insured.
- Contractor must be reliable, available, and professional.
- Must have gas powered lawn mower, gas powered weed eater, gas powered blower, and yard maintenance tools.
- Must have a digital camera, with a SD card or Smart Phone.
- Contractors need to be able to perform work consistently and maintain on-time percentages.
On-time percentages are very important.
This business is performance-driven.
Contractors that consistently get in volume on a daily basis and maintain their on-time percentages are the ones who expand and have the opportunity to double or triple their business.
- Must be honest, motivated, and dependable with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must have a reliable vehicle that can carry all equipment necessary.
