Overview of the Job:
Assist with the operation of tickets sales window and event set up.
Assist with all aspects of sales processing to include group, season, partial plan and event sales.
Assist with event creation.
Participate in departmental meetings.
Compile data for reports/trending as needed.
Assist with the maintenance of the season ticket holder filing system.
Handle Ticket Operations related projects as assigned.
Assist with the daily operation of the ticket office.
