FOOD SERVICES COORDINATOR - MP REHAB CENTER FOOD & NUTRITION_PT-1st Shift - BayCare Health System
The Food Services Coordinator coordinates daily food service operations including preparation; distribution and service to patients; cafeteria; catering and other customers.
Oversees and maintains quality control monitors and takes corrective action as necessary.
Assists with TM functions to include interviewing; performance appraisals; disciplinary action; coaching and scheduling.
Coordinates TM orientation; training and competency assessment.
Monitors the overall security of the department.
Performs all other duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED REQUIRED
Experience:
One year food service PREFERRED
Experience:
One year food service coordinator REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:
Food Handlers PREFERRED CERTIFICATION:
Certified Dietetic Manager SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Interpersonal skills Written and verbal communication skills Teamwork Ability to delegate Knowledge of regulatory requirements appropriate for position Work independently with minimal supervision Organizational skills Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
