Operations manager
Main job is to make sure that:
-daily tasks are achieved on time, efficiently and effectively -the company's organizational architecture remains strong -the operation in the U.
S.
and Canada is running smoothly without any fatal errors -profitable decisions are made -an incentive programs is planned and prepared, which is then to be discussed/approved by the CEO -the annual operating plan/budget is planned and prepared, then to be discussed/approved by the CEO Other tasks include:
-assisting the CEO when he requires assistance with a task or project -acting as the Liaison between CEO and staff -assisting in A/R and A/P -use of quickbooks to analyze data then plan for the upcoming months -Communicating with the consultant of the company -Hiring/training/evaluating/counseling/disciplining/terminating of staff Job requirement:
-A completed Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university -2
years management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment -Degree in Operations or related field and MBA preferred (but not necessary) -Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations -Interest in LONG-TERM career development -Must have some knowledge of fashion & golf industry.
-Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
