Company Description Job Description We are currently seeking Field Technicians to service our customers in the following areas:
Tampa, Clearwater, St.
Petersburg, Gulf Port, Palmetto, Bradenton, and Sarasota.
As a DRS Field Technician, you are responsible for the installation, upgrades, and servicing of DISH Products.
This is performed in the customer's home, in their presence, and without supervision.
As a DRS Tech, a typical day sets up like this:
Calling each customer to give them a status of your estimated time of arrival and keeping them updated throughout the day Upon arrival, introducing yourself to the customer and confirming the scheduled work Evaluate job site to assess optimal placement of satellite dish and communicates with customers to review the installation process Troubleshoot DISH systems to determine the appropriate resolution for reported problems with usage Confirm system is working and customer's expectations have been met Close jobs in accordance with DRS policies and procedures While on-site, maintaining a safe and clean work environment Skills of a successful DRS Tech:
Use your problem-solving and technical skills to guarantee all work is professionally done Manage the administrative processes including van inventory and appropriate documentation Offer consultative in-home products and solutions to assist the customer, such as surge protectors or other similar items.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
