LPN to work in Office for Home Health Agency
Job Description LPN to work in a growing Home Health Care agency as a intake coordinator for the following duties:
Assists with staffing and coordinating patient care.
Assist in trouble shooting calls from field nurses.
Assists R.
N case managers as needed.
Must be flexible with hours and be able to alternate 9a-5p and 11:
30am.
- 7:
30pm.
Must be computer literate and have a minimum of 1 Home Health experience.
Great communication and phone skills a must.
