Job Description Job description Mathnasium of Carrollwood is seeking an exceptional Center Director for an established center.
The Center Director will have responsibility for overall management of the Learning Center.
Responsibilities The key areas of responsibilities include:
Run the operations of the center Manage student schedules Effectively hire and manage instructors Market Mathnasium and network within the community to grow the business Assess new students and communicate results Teach children, following Mathnasium methods and processes Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business or Math related subjects Excellent communication skills Excellent managerial and organizational skills Strong math skills Hours:
Full time (40
hours a week) with availability to work during center open hours School year center instruction hours:
Mon - Thu 3:
00 PM - 7:
00 PM, Sat 9:
00 AM - 12:
00 PM Summer instruction hours:
Mon-Thu 10:
00 AM - 1:
00 PM and 4:
00 PM to 7:
00 PM and Fri 10:
00 AM 1:
00 PM Salary:
$28,000 - $32,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and uncapped bonus incentivizes based on center results and growth Click here to apply.
