We are currently seeking full-time Med Tech's for our 1st shift (6-2:
30pm ) as well as overnight Resident Aide(10-6:
30am) who are dedicated to that same goal! Med Tech
Responsibilities:
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Assist with activities of daily living and attend to each resident's personal care needs( bathing or showering, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating.
) Notify Supervisor of changes in condition.
Ability to complete required reports and documentation.
Maintains a professional and upbeat personality.
Partners with community team to ensure the community is in compliance with State rules and regulations.
Ability and willingness to assist each department, when needed.
Med Tech's
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with seniors preferred, but not required.
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
Competent in organizational and time management skills.
Must be willing and able to work assigned schedule/shifts.
Must be certified with passing out medications.
(6) hour course- we will pay for certification! Job Type:
