9 Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description We are working with a rapidly growing business near Tampa International Airport that needs an experienced process/procedural writer as they are beginning to role out a brand new system for their company.
In this role, the right person will be responsible for formalizing many of the new processes and procedures in writing based on the new system.
This role can be considered a hybrid role based from home and the office based on need.
Duties:
Work with each department to develop the appropriate processes and procedures for the new systems Develop the format, language, layout, and descriptions for all new processes and procedures Test, modify, and update all new procedures by helping to train new employees on the systems Work with management to develop the timeline and release of the new process and procedures to each department Skills:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Previous experience in a technical or process writing position Excellent attention to detail and deadline oriented Have some experience building out a internet based training programs to teach the processes and procedures #IND450B Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$55,000.
