PRN must commit to 2 shifts per pay period Shifts:
12 hours shifts, PRN W-2:
LPN $28-$30 RN $33-$35 /hour with Sign On Bonus $1,000 Independent Contractor:
LPN $30-$32 RN $35-$37/hour no Sign On Bonus LOCATION:

Summary:
Our RNs and LPNs provide direct patient care to our patients under the supervision of a physician.
Responsibilities include following start of care plans, providing treatment, discharges, wound care, medication administration, IV, Tube feeding and working collaboratively with a clinical team to achieve positive patient care outcomes.
You will be responsible for educating patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits.
Ideally, as a well-trained professional, provide care with little supervision, be compassionate, and follow health and safety guidelines.
Our goal is to promote the patient's well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.
ESSESNTIAL FUNCTIONS Submit regular patient care progress reports to attending physician and clinical staff.
Consult & develop treatment plans based on physician's orders and initial patient assessment.
Provide nursing care and written care plans.
Participate in and monitor patient and family care compliance activities.
Professionally manage and coordinate the plan of care Complete clinical and medical documentation on all patients.
Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs, to provide the best possible care and advice Observe and interpret the patient's symptoms and communicate them to the physicians Should have experience with the following:
IV experience, pediatrics/young adults, Trachs, G-Tubes, wound care, vent experience preferable, strong clinical experience, Must have critical thinking skills, strong clinical background Provide immediate medical care in emergencies Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.
) Foster, a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families REQUIRED
Experience:
Minimum of Associate degree/diploma (or higher) in Nursing.
Current and unrestricted Florida RN/LPN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum of 1 year RN or LPN experience in an institutional setting.
