Our two senior partners are husband and wife and they have each been practicing 40 years.
The firm handles auto, medical malpractice, nursing home, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
We handle all types of injury cases except for workers comp.
Our firm is divided into Four stages.
In Stage One we have legal assistants who assist with the interviewing of new clients and the opening of files.
Stage Two case managers assist with preparation of demand packages to insurance carriers and negotiations and settlements of claims.
If we are not able to negotiate a fair settlement with our clients permission then the case progresses to Stage Three which is our litigation stage.
We also have a Fourth Stage which is our Frontdesk & Management Team which includes our receptionists, our office manager and other staff members who assist with the administration of the office.
We are looking to potentially add to our Frontdesk and Stage 1 staff.
Our ideal applicant will have the following attributes:
Must be bilingual (Spanish) Have strong writing skills Be detail oriented Be self motivated Be able to multi-task Be able to work independently Must be able to work effectively in a team Have experience with Microsoft Office, preferably Outlook We are willing to hire applicants without any personal injury experience, however we do require a college degree.
Additionally, there is room for growth within the firm and we encourage applicants interested in other positions to apply.
All of our legal assistants are fluent in English and Spanish.
