We are looking for an organized, upbeat Personal Assistant to join our rapidly growing company! This person's core responsibilities would be relate to the CEO's personal tasks inside and outside of the office.
The ideal candidate would be a champion multi-tasker and possess the ability to maintain order in an ever-changing environment managing between all the other companies that the CEO owns and his personal life.
Responsibilities Assist CEO with management of all aspects of personal and professional life Basic Accounting Manage Schedules, make appointments Travel with CEO Assist with making and presenting PPT Assisting in Marketing and managing social media Willing to work long hours and weekends if needed Requirements Ability to flourish in an environment with many different people, identities, experiences, perspectives and approaches.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload MS Office and English proficiency Discretion and confidentiality a must Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$600.
00 - $800.
00 per week Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
