Tampa, FL 33610 which is on the same property as the Hard Rock.
We sell primarily cigarettes amongst other products so tobacco sales knowledge is a plus! The store hours are 8:
30am to 11:
15pm.
We're open everyday year-round and we need someone with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating weekdays.
Schedule would be published in advance but most shifts would be 3:
30pm to 11:
30pm.
Pay is weekly at $15 an hour.
Position Summary The incumbent in this position is responsible for operating the cash register and receiving and disbursing money at the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc.
's Smoke Shops.
The incumbent collects payments from customers, provides change, and receipts for payments received.
Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of the shifts.
Ensures that amounts of money are correct and stocked with adequate change.
Assists with unloading and set-up of inventory as required.
Stocks shelves, and marks prices on shelves and items.
Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Minimum of six (6) months experience working as a cashier or related work experience is required.
Any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience will be considered.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work overtime hours in support of the 24/7 operation.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
