Our prior receptionist finished her education and took an opportunity in the field of medicine.
DUTIES:
answer telephone, screen and direct calls take and relay messages to staff provide information to callers greet persons entering organization direct persons to correct destination deal with queries from the public and clients ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness provide general administrative and clerical support by preparing and printing form letters.
prepare correspondence and documents receive and sort mail and deliveries tidy and maintain the reception area Apply postage on mail Stock the refridgerator Education and
Experience:
high school diploma generally required knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures keyboard skills ability to work a switchboard for 8 lines.
