Assist with the creation of proposals, reports, and other documents, MS Word, Excel, or other MS Office programs, as directed.
Ability work with graphics and edit forms/flyers.
Ability to proofread and properly format a Word document; excellent grammar, spelling and reading comprehension.
Perform various tasks and other administrative duties such as photocopying and filing.
Assist with maintaining files and documents in owner/physician office.
Assist with projects as needed and directed.
Read, monitor and respond to physicians emails.
Answer calls and communicate with clients competently.
Prepare correspondence as directed.
Manage daily tasks list.
Planning and organizing meetings on behalf of owner/physician.
Organize travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
Prepare and create documents/papers for meetings and assist with editing and e-publishing books, articles and presentations Take dictation or notes as directed.
Plan, organize and manage events.
Prepare presentations in multiple formats (PowerPoint).
Cleaning and organizing back files and personal effects.
