Support the Branch Manager and use effective methods and strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability Manage, monitor, and verify the quality/completeness of work for an install and warehouse team Interview, hire, and assist with onboarding performance development Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree favorable (not required) Estimating experience and insulation experience favorable (not required) 3
years of managerial experience required 5
years of Construction or building production/distribution industry experience required Must clear post-offer drug screen Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual English/Spanish favorable (not required) The ideal candidate would be flexible, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, computer-proficient, detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills.
