Remote Business Development Specialist

Insight Globals client is seeking 10 REMOTE Business Development Specialists in the Tampa, FL (up to 50 mile radius from Tampa, FL) to join their team.
The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the Career Services team by providing graduates employment opportunities and ensuring graduate success in joining healthcare employers.
He/She will focus on managing the employer-facing process which will include account and territory development, job order management and partnering with the graduates to fulfill job opportunities.
They will be responsible for managing an assigned territory and developing relationships with employers within the healthcare field for graduate placement opportunities.
This person will need to create these partnerships by cold calling and leveraging an internal management system.
Once a graduate is matched to a position, this person will maintain ongoing relationships with companies to ensure overall satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work independently and have excellent organizational skills.

-Bachelors Degree-Experience with business development, staffing or recruiting -Experience cold calling -Experience with CRM systems-Associate Degree -Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills-Experience with Microsoft Office, including:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
