Director, Software Development (ERP)

We heard you knock!The Director, Software Development (ERP) is responsible for leading the IT applications group for delivering and supporting SaaS and on-premise ERP software applications.
This role is responsible for leading all aspects of delivery including managing and developing teams, setting and managing the budget, maintaining governance in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and contributing to the Global IT Strategy.
The responsibilities also include delivering applications which meet both business and enterprise needs.
The role requires a high-energy approach, excellent communication skills, deep process development/management capabilities and strong leadership.
This person should be progressive and forward thinking, while also remaining approachable and flexible within a highly dynamic environment to manage and deliver multiple and simultaneous efforts.
Lead the IT ERP software development team and processes.
Develop and implement an engagement model for collaborating with business stakeholders, IT EA, Infosec, PMO, etc.
Analyze business operations to determine the best solutions to support growth and drive efficiency.
Oversee the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O enhancements and supporting applications with dependent integrations to ensure compliant and efficient implementations in a quality manner within budget.
Maintain a rationalized IT portfolio to provide timely service, enable adoption, achieve KPIs and harvest insights to drive additional value.
Coordinate with the compliance function within the Applications portfolio in collaboration with IT Security and Internal Audit to ensure appropriate controls including, but not limited to proper security roles and segregation of duties.
Manage/refine the IT general controls within the ERP applications.
In conjunction with product, PMO and EA teams, maintain steering and governance for the IT product portfolio as an input to the Global Technology portfolio.
Maintain the IT ERP Applications budget(s) to balance with the annual plan.
Leverage internal IT capabilities and external partners to maintain a balanced pipeline of strategic and tactical efforts and to expose new technologies and processes to improve the function.
Champion and promote the business value of the ERP Applications function and the results of the program(s) to various business and IT leaders/executives.
15-25% approximate travel required.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Information Systems, Business or equivalent 8
years of experience of progressive roles in software development teams, project management, or software product management.
8
years of people and vendor management.
5
years of ERP development with implementation.
3 years in strategic portfolio management experience preferred.
3 years of Microsoft AX 2012 / D 365 experience preferred.
2 years managing/delivering cloud applications preferred.
Proven experience innovating and executing large scale IT application projects.
Proven experience with the management of teams, including team development and mentoring while delivering on a KPI-driven plan.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
