Business Development Representative

Job DescriptionNorth American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States.
We are searching for a Business Development Representative located within the Tampa Florida area.
Purpose of the job:
Build density in top-end sales funnel Leads for further pipeline development and qualification to provide the territory sales team with Sales Qualified prospects.
Job Duties:
Conduct daily prospecting, lead qualification, and sales territory management support activities Leverage NAR Sales tech stack resources to research, orchestrate, and engage sales prospects (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Accurately record sales related customer and prospect notes in HubSpotEstablish and implement sales outreach cadence using a proper mix of phone, email, and social media Set discovery meetings with Sales Qualified Leads and the territory Regional Sales ManagerProvide customer management support as needed within assigned territorySkills and

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
