As a Research Analyst, you will play an important role implementing online and web-based surveys, with specific focus on building and maintaining a research panel.
Your expertise in web-based platforms and desire to expand your research capabilities will help our team and customers gain deeper insights into the patient experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including survey designers, project managers, and researchers, to ensure data quality, accuracy, and relevance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

Work with and maintaining large databases and data cleaning procedures and with mass email platforms and processes Facilitate two-way, ongoing dialogue among panel participants Clean, update and append participant contact information Participate in end-to-end client projects involving analytics, seeing them through proposal to deployment, roll out, and follow-up Facilitate efforts with clients to develop, execute, maintain, and enhance data operations that provide compelling information for transformative reports Activities will range from actual data analysis and coding open ended answers to the analytic process of communicating the value of your contribution to our clients Involved in a variety of analytical engagements, often with high visibility to and direct interaction with senior management Update and maintain office manuals that document policies and procedures for data collections, data management, and data reporting Help design, test, launch, and manage surveys and qualitative insights on a cloud-based survey system Cooperate to ensure that on-line survey instruments, reporting tools, and management tools exhibit a high degree of functionality and usability Develop and maintain quality control checks and project management schedules to ensure that surveys, qualitative activities, and ad hoc insights are launched in a sound and timely manner Work with internal and external stakeholders to comply with Vistra and federal policies regarding the protection of human subjects and personally identifiable information (PII) Provide day-to-day support to survey participants with log-in issues, content-related questions, reminders, extensions, or similar operational concerns Process, edit, and track survey responses or data collection submissions through the Panel Facilitate efforts to develop, execute, maintain, and enhance data services that compel transformative change Respond to ad hoc requests for special reports, dynamic presentations, slide shows, and other data services Conceptualize and write compelling content for our consulting work, including qualitative and quantitative reports, and proposals Analyze survey data, external research, financial information and qualitative interviews to gain insights and subject matter proficiency for writing assignments Present draft reports to clients when needed, walking them through the process of explaining each section of the report Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Subject Matter Experts to support report needs for a diverse set of clients and consulting projects Occasional travel maybe required SUPERVISORY

Bachelor's Degre in business, marketing, public policy, statistics, or related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years with experience in planning, executing, and distributing quantitative reports and analyses.
Basic proficiency and knowledge of the principles associated with survey design, quantitative analysis, report writing, statistical software and testing, and data design or project management.
Candidates with basic proficiency in PL/SQL, Visual Basic, or similar programming languages are not required but preferred.
Candidates must have demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
Must utilize Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint), Timekeeping Software, Project Management Software, and CRM Software Outstanding written (prose and presentation) and oral communications skills, especially the ability to articulate complex strategic situations and strategies and to effectively communicate to audiences with and without business and wireless industry experience and to all levels of an organization.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
