9K a year Position Highlights:
The Facilities Supervisor manages and assists in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, and overall facility appearance.
The position supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to complete the following:
Schedule preventative maintenance activities on facility related equipment and building components Assign and audit work requests and corrective work orders Monitor shop and staff production and report on efficiencies Enter and edit equipment data and perform trend analysis on performance Prepare work schedules to minimize impact to the practice and operations while conducting proper stewardship of resource.
Maintain a culture of accountability with direct reports through coaching and counseling Coordinate third-party vendor and contractor support Ordering materials and parts to minimize downtime while conducting proper stewardship of resources Enforce safety and housekeeping practices Credentials and
Qualifications:
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a Facilities Operations/Maintenance role, Hospital/Healthcare environment preferred.
(or) Certified completion of a Vocational Technical program and/or apprenticeship in one of the building trades (i.
e.
Carpenter, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Plant Operator, etc.
)and a minimum of five (5) years Hospital/Healthcare Facilities experience and Minimum of two (2) years Facilities/Support Services supervisory or lead experience Location:
