Job Description:
The successful candidate will effectively lead a team of trainers responsible for conducting new hire training for our clients.
This candidate will excel at building relationships while motivating their team to produce stellar results.
The responsibilities will be as follows:
Ensures team members are certified to train curriculum; motivates team members to continually improve Maintains relationships with Operations and Client Partners, reporting training program wins, challenges and results Ensures that training materials and the environment are upgraded as appropriate Provides daily leadership/management of the training function within the organization Continually identifies new strategies to enhance the new hire experience; creates plans to execute on those strategies Must be willing to work nights and weekends as necessary Required Skills:
Creativity and innovation in formulating new training programs Excellent verbal/ written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills Solid project and time management skills Ability to prioritize and organize workflow and interact at a managerial level.
Must have excellent presentation skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to train the team to improve their efficiency and effectiveness Must have an understanding of corporate etiquette and the ability to ask the right questions to understand the true business needs.
Ability to speak, read and write English as a primary language.
Minimum work
Experience:
3-5 years combined leadership and training experience required; preferably in a call center environment or retail environment Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in training, business management or communications preferred Job Type:
