Responsibilities:
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Manage general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations - Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders - Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Conduct internal and external audits to assess financial controls and identify areas of risk - Provide financial management support, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management - Assist with corporate finance activities such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred) - Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis - Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting best practices - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word) - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Effective communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Note:
