ObjectiveResponsiveTrustedSPA assists the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in developing leading edge technologies to counter WMD in support of CCMDs and transitioning these technologies to services and SOCOMSPA provides expertise across the full range of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosives (CBRNE) WMD, Counter Improvised Threat(CIT) and Countering Threat Network (CTN) technologies to support understanding, detection, identification, characterization, denial, control, disabling, defeating, disposing, safeguarding the force, managing consequences, and test and evaluation in support of military and civilian operationsSPA is seeking a Software Development User Acceptance Test (UAT) Coordinator to facilitate User Tests and report on the conduct and sufficiency of User Acceptance Tests as described belowResponsibilities Serve as a Software Development User Acceptance Test (UAT) Coordinator to observe and report on UATs for software developed under a Scaled Agile Framework Environment (SAFE)Duties include performing professional work involving participation in an Agile software development environment - contributing to and reporting on the UATs for each feature sprintCreating a reporting framework to evaluate UATs conducted by the client and providing reports through the customer with feedback on UAT performance - ( Note - the coordinator is not required to design or execute the UATs - the coordinator will design UAT evaluation plans, execute those plans and report how well the UATs were executed)Possible travel to UAT execution sitesParticipate in work-flow management to obtain approval for execution plans and release of observation reportsParticipate in person for Agile software development meetings like the daily SCRUM and sprint ceremoniesCandidate will be expected to work daily in an office environment with limited opportunity to teleworkQualifications Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor's (Master's or Doctorate preferred) in STEM or related fieldo 10
years in a software development environment including experience with AGILE or other software developmento Experience with the conduct and use of User Acceptance Testso Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in written communicationo Must be able to work independently and complete tasking with minimum guidance and supervisiono Must be able to learn and work within cloud based collaboration tools with an emphasis on push communicationso Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain during time of employment
Qualifications:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
