TS Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking a Business Development Director who will primarily be focused on driving new business within markets specifically aligned with company strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
Demonstrated understanding of the Business Development lifecycle, focus on priorities and relentless follow thru are prerequisites for success in this role.
You will report to the Chief Growth Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities Build and grow qualify pipeline in current and adjacent markets/customers to win new business across accounts.
Develop and execute account plans that define the overall account strategy and customer engagement plan.
Develops key business relationships in the DoD, Federal Civilian and Intel markets with primary responsibility for identifying and developing opportunities for expansion.
Oversee the development and execution of customer call plans, assessing competitive landscape to implement a differentiated win strategy.
Lead/support all RFI and sources sought activity for assigned accounts.
Serve as Capture Manager for assigned opportunities.
Support proposal development including developing/assisting with solution development and win theme development value propositions.
Develop and present opportunities thru gate reviews to senior leadership and QP functional leads thru the business development lifecycle.
Collaborate with QP functional teams, subject matter experts, and QP Technology to ensure win strategy elements are communicated and integrated into proposal responses.
Support and participate in color reviews and color team evaluations thru the proposal response.
Maintain and update CRM weekly to reflect accurate status of acquisition timelines.
Participate in industry events and conferences and external speaking engagements and meetings with clients and generate qualified leads.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in business with 7-10 years progressive experience leading and growing new business Experience and familiarity with ESRI Arc GIS, OSINT analytics, cloud computing technologies offered by Microsoft and AWS and application development and modernization.
Demonstrated success in developing and presenting complex ideas to executive audiences and effectively articulating customer position, status and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
Ability to manage time and occasionally conflicting priorities to meet or exceed Program, Company and Customer requirements and expectations.
Proficient with MS Office Suite and UNANET CRM Possession of excellent analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills TS Security Clearance Preferred:
