Schedule:
Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (Do not apply if you cannot work this schedule) 8-hour shift Weekdays 2nd shift Pennine strives to find a good work/ life balance for all employees therefore schedules will always be discussed in the interview.
Placements will be within the Tampa area, St Pete's and Clearwater and will be offered with travel considerations in mind.
Responsibilities Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of our client's organizations Maintain strict access control of Guests From within the gatehouse Monitor CCTV and card access systems Provide assistance to people in need Submit electronic reporting of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences Operate and maintain an organized front desk/ gatehouse environment Provide accurate and detailed administrational work Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures Complete additional duties as assigned The Ideal candidate will possess:
Valid D Security Guard License issued by the state of Florida (unarmed officer) Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR preferred High School diploma or GED is required Must possess a valid and active Drivers License if assigned to drive a motor vehicle to provide Security Guard services Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset) Team building mentality and the ability to inspire and lead within a team Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level Recognized certifications or experience is an advantage Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively.
Exceptional report writing and communication skills Effective access control capabilities Computer literacy for digitalized tasks
