The successful candidate for this position will lead a team in the safe and timely completion of projects.
The Construction Superintendent will assign duties to workers, schedule projects, review budgets and develop work schedules.
Responsibilities:
Supervise construction projects, such as buildings, roads, bridges, and other construction.
Conduct safety training for workers.
Resolve conflicts between workers and contractors.
Monitor all safety laws and regulations in the construction industry, including OSHA and environmental rules.
Manage the budget of a project.
Understand how work site bids were created and monitor their cost to ensure profitability.
